Brinks supports quality education!
He is an amazing teacher
Winnie "The Loser" Brinks is completely controlled by "Lobbyists" and "PACs." Cottrellville Twp has an illegal Public Participation Policy that says you and I are NOT allowed to record inside the township hall! This is why the Building Inspector tells me and other people we are NOT allowed to record him prior to the start of a meeting. Winnie Brinks has been sent emails about this and phone calls. Winnie has said, "Who cares!" and done NOTHING about this! That is why we must replace Winnie Brinks! Watch this video as proof: youtu.be/0iO3jYFAKvY?si=itnR43yIxoAWhS9y&t=7
